FAQ's

#1 What does your health guarantee mean for my puppy?

Our Health Guarantee means that your puppy will come vet checked. You must take your pup to the veterinarian within 72 hours of receiving them for another vet check. If your puppy is diagnosed with a genetic disorder or disease than we will replace the puppy after being notified of the disorder by a licensed veterinarian.

#2 Does every puppy come veterinarian checked?

Yes. We do a very thorough check from their toes to their ears!

#3 What is a health guarantee?

A health guarantee is a document that shows that your puppy was cleared for travel from a licensed veterinarian. This shows you that your puppy was checked for any infectious diseases before heading your way!

#1 Is flying a puppy a safe way to transport them?

Flying a puppy is completely safe. There are some breed restrictions when it comes to flying. These breeds will have to be delivered by ground transport.

Affenpinscher, American Staffordshire Terrier, Boston Terrier, Boxer (all breeds), Brussels Griffon, Bulldog (all breeds), Cane Corso, Dogue De Bordeaux, English Toy Spaniel, Japanese Chin, Lhasa Apso, Mastiff (all breeds), Pekingese, Pit Bull, Presa Canario, Pug (all breeds), Shar Pei, Shih Tzu, Staffordshire Bull Terrier, and Tibetan Spaniel

#2 How long after paying for my puppy, will I get them?

Based on USDA guidelines, a puppy can not travel before 8 weeks of age. When it comes to smaller breeds, some of them can’t fly until they are at least 2 pounds or 12 weeks or age. We at PuppyGram care about the safety of our puppies and will not let a puppy fly or travel before they meet these requirements to ensure their safe travel to your home.

#3 What other ways can a puppy travel?

Besides flying, we can deliver the puppy to your front door based on location from the head quarters and distance from the breeder. Flying and ground transportation are the main ways to deliver the puppy to your home. Some breeds can only be delivered via ground transportation because of health restrictions.

* Refer to question #1 for the full list of breed restrictions for flying.

#1 How do I know your breeder will give me a quality puppy?

Our breeders are background checked and may have a USDA license or state license if required by the state that will help to ensure the quality of your puppy. We only choose from the best breeders we can.

#2 Do you run any background checks for your breeders?

Yes. We make sure every breeder goes through an on-sight inspection by our director of breeder development and staff.

#3 Do any of your puppies come from puppy mills? If not, how do I know this is true?

Our breeders have to pass a code of ethics which includes, providing quality food, water, and care to protect the health and welfare of the puppies. Also, provides proper vet care for disease prevention, must have a clean, well kept facility, must have knowledge working with pets, including proper handling techniques, must have an exercise area, and playground for puppies. Any person who purposely mistreat pets will not be tolerated as a PuppyGram breeder.

#4 Do any of your breeders get rejected and if so, why would a breeder get rejected?

A breeder would get rejected if they don’t pass our on-sight inspection. This could mean that they don’t take care of their puppies up to our standard. This could even mean that they don’t have the necessary licenses to be used as a quality breeder for our corporation.
